4. Listings and Rentals

Listers must provide accurate details about their Rentals, including availability, pricing, and conditions. Renters agree to use Rentals responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and the terms set by the Lister.

5. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider ‘PayPal’. We may charge service fees which will be disclosed at the vendor dashboard.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Each Lister sets their own cancellation and refund policies. Renters are encouraged to review these prior to booking.

7. User Conduct

Listers and Renters agree not to:

– Violate any local, national, or international laws;

– Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes;

– Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content;

– Harass or harm others.

8. Insurance and Liability

We are not responsible for damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of any Rental. Users are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance coverage.

9. International Use

Users are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations in their country or region. Listings may be subject to export control laws and trade sanctions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranties and disclaim all liability for damages resulting from use of the Platform or any Rental.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation where required by law. Otherwise, disputes may be brought in the courts of Switzerland.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
